The material was analysed using a hand-held spectrometer and is available from us. Material certificate is not available.

Rough cut: length +- 5mm

A heat-treatable, martensitic, stainless free-cutting steel with 17 % chromium and molybdenum addition, which is alloyed with sulphur to improve machinability. The higher sulphur content reduces corrosion resistance and toughness. Not for cold forming and joint welding.
